When providing interior solutions, major companies transfer ALL RISK to BUYER. This goes in various forms. Some in the form of money taken before designing then an advance to start work, and finally by taking all the money before completion. At any of these stages, there is little scope to protect the interest of the Buyers or a tangible way to put the Interior Company to test. Let us share this a little more elaborately.

What is wrong with this Arrangement?

  • This is obviously an unequal relationship, as tilt for risk of experience lies with the customer/ client.
  • The Team that discussed with you in the experience centre, may not be a part of the execution or operations team. So how does one ascertain on what is being promised against what will be delivered?

  • For the Designing Stage: Free Designing for One Room. If the customer does not like what they see, we can shake hands and part ways.
  • No Risk Sample Execution: Once the entire designing has been completed, ONE ITEM shall be executed as per design without any financial commitment from the client. If the customer is not fully satisfied, we either fix it, or the customer can walk out, no questions asked. If the customer is satisfied, it’s a confirmed order.
  • Test Team is the Final Team: The Team that has been a part of the designing, is hand-in-hand for the execution of the sample. So when the sample is approved, the balance project shall be completed by the same team. This ensures the quality of workmanship is consistent.
